Horsemanship Clinic with Dr. Beverly Gordon

Dr. Beverly Gordon is both a licensed human and certified AVCA animal chiropractor. She has written numerous articles including a regular column called “The Horse in Motion” which is currently published in Sidelines Magazine. Her background is in exercise physiology and biomechanics of movement. She has given numerous lectures geared toward understanding the science of equine training. Beverly also gives clinics on Equine Chiropractic and Movement Assessment, as well as on Effective Horsemanship, which is geared toward alleviating equine physical and mental resistances.
Working with your horse or one of our school horses, this clinic will focus on equine resistances on the ground and in the saddle. It will be enlightening and loads of fun!

The evening includes cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at Sardi’s and premier orchestra seats to A Steady Rain at the Schoenfeld Theatre on Broadway.
A Steady Rain opens September 29th for a limited 12-week engagement. The play stars Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig, two of the sexiest men in show business today. They play two Chicago cops whose friendship is put to the test in this drama that is guaranteed to be the hottest ticket in town.
Foundation GROW (Giving Riders Opportunities to Win) is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships for riding lessons and other equine related experiences to young metropolitan area equestrians who come from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, including riders with physical and/or emotional disabilities. All proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the GROW Scholarship Fund.
The cost for this wonderful evening is $300 per person. Please pay by check and make it payable to Foundation GROW, Inc. Send it to P.O. Box 1803, Shelter Island, New York 11964. Pal-O-Mine Equestrian is a 501(c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to teaching therapeutic riding to individuals with physical and emotional disabilities. This benefit horse show is sponsored by Foundation GROW and hosted by Paard Hill Farms. Participants ride for ribbons in front of a licensed judge, cheering family and friends.
