PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS
• Duplicor is an outstanding KWPN Dutch Warmblood colt. He is currently being registered and will be inspected in September 2008 at Iron Spring Farm. He is dark bay with very attractive white markings, including 3 white socks and a diamond in the middle of his forehead. His sire is Lupicor, one of the very best stallions in Europe. He placed 5th in the German Breeding Indexes and at the 2006 stallion approval Lupicor displayed a remarkable group of young stallions with great movements and superb jumping abilities, among them is the KWPN Stallion Champion for 2006 L’Espirit (Lupicor x Landgraf I).  Lupicor’s first offspring are already successful at various international show jumping levels.  Unfortunately, Lupicor passed away in 2007 unexpectedly at the young age of 13 years, making his prodigy even more in demand.

• On the dam side, Duplicor is out of Valerie the approved KWPN-NA Studbook Star Mare (and provisional keur) by Rampal. She is out of a proven thoroughbred mare by Northern Baby, the “leading steeplechase sire of the decade”. Northern Baby has sired two Eclipse Award Champion steeplechasers and numerous stake winners in the steeplechase ranks. Northern Baby’s father was the famous legend Northern Dancer.

• Duplicor was shown at Devon in 2008 and did very well with such comments as: “prominent shoulder”, “expressive”, “elegant type”, “harmonious movement”, “good hind leg angle”.

• At the 2008 KWPN Inspection Duplicor was selected as a 1st Premium colt and was later awarded the “Top Fives Award” of all foals inspected in the USA in the Jumper category. In fact, Duplicor was 3rd out of the top 5 placed jumpers in the USA.
